feedback
The AACBT
Accreditation Working Party has developed a draft document of proposed
Minimum Standards for Accreditation and draft application form for
accreditation. These documents were viewed and approved at the 2004
AACBT national conference by the National Committee. Many thanks go to
Michael Free who has been acting as the Qld representative on this
working party.
This heralds an
exciting time for AACBT members as the hard work of the last few years
to keep this issue alive is starting to come to fruition.
So once again, it
is time for member feedback. The following documents are available for
your perusal on our website:
1. A letter from
the Accreditation Working Party that outlines the process to date and
where the issue is headed.
2.
A
reminder of some of the pros and cons of accreditation.
3.
A
copy of the draft minimum standards proposed for accreditation.
4.
A
copy of the draft application form proposed for accreditation.
If you are unable
to access the documents and would like a hard copy, please contact me on
0402 143 548 and I will forward one to you.
I strongly
urge all members to take the opportunity to read these
documents and provide us with feedback. There are a few methods for
providing your feedback:
